Course content:
You get an insight into the fascinating world under water. These are the first fin strokes under professional guidance with a complete diving equipment!

In a theoretical introduction, you will learn the basics of diving. Pressure equalization, underwater signs and the handling of your diving equipment will be taught in a relaxed atmosphere by experienced instructors.

After that, you practice the handling of your regulator, your buoyancy compensator in shallow water and make the first fins blows on the surface.
