Your First Step to Becoming a Certified Diver
The Open Water Diver course gives you the knowledge and skills you need to start diving safely and confidently. Step by step, you’ll combine theoretical knowledge with practical training in the water and gain valuable experience during your first dives in the ocean.
Learn to Dive from Scratch

Earn Your First Diving Certification
After successfully completing the course, you’ll receive your Open Water Diver certification. You’ll then be qualified to dive worldwide within the limits of your certification. It also provides the foundation for continuing your diving education with advanced courses and specialties.

Learn About Your Equipment and the Fundamentals of Diving
You’ll learn how to prepare, assemble and correctly use your scuba equipment. You’ll also cover the basic principles of diving physics and physiology, dive planning, air management and important safety procedures.

Master the Essential Diving Skills
You’ll practise fundamental techniques such as equalisation, neutral buoyancy, controlled ascents and descents, regulator recovery and the most important hand signals used for underwater communication.

Complete Your First Open-Water Dives
Now it’s time to put everything you’ve learned into practice in a real diving environment. During your training dives in the ocean, your instructor will guide you as you develop and consolidate your skills step by step. The aim isn’t simply to complete a list of exercises. We want you to become comfortable and confident underwater – and, of course, enjoy your first real dives at the same time.

Complete Your Training and Become a Certified Diver
Once you have demonstrated the required knowledge and practical skills, you’ll complete your Open Water Diver training and receive your certification.
